A judge from Constanza has been fired by the Council of the Judicial Branch due to dereliction of duties.
The council, chaired by Supreme Court President Mariano German Mejia, along with other council members, Victor Jose Castellanos Estrella, Etanislao Radhames Rodriguez Ferreira, Fernando Fernandez Cruz and Leonardo Recio Tineo, made the decision.
The council said that Lazala Bautista had committed serious errors that were unacceptable and this is why she was dismissed.
