Eight Dominicans have been arrested by Police Maritime Unit agents around two nautical miles from Faro de Rincon on the east coast of Puerto Rico when they were trying to reach the island illegally.
The six men and two women were on board a 19-foot fiberglass boat and all were handed over to the Border Patrol for deportation.
