Greenberg: Medina 60%, Abinader 37%

The Greenberg Quinlan Rosner poll published in Diario Libre today, Wednesday 11 May 2016 found that the vote will go 60% Danilo Medina and 37% Luis Abinader. The poll was carried out from 28 April to 2 May among 1,034 eligible Dominican voters, with a 3.1% margin of error. Medina has stronger support among women voters, 61% to Abinader’s 30%, than among men voters where Medina has 54% compared to 39% for Abinader.

Alianza Pais presidential candidate Guillermo Moreno would only obtain 1% of the vote and the other presidential candidates will not even reach 1%. According to Greenberg, 78% of voters said they were sure whom they would vote for.

68% of those polled said they were better off now than four years ago, 28% said they were worse off.
