A couple who were violently attacked by five window washers on Santo Domingo’s Av. Abraham Lincoln at the intersection with Av. John F. Kennedy took the case to court and a judge ordered one month of preventive custody for the men in La Victoria Jail. The victims said that the man had been beaten on several parts of his body. Yorgi Gonzalez Valdez, Eddy Leger Matos (or Mota), Yimi Rafael Castillo, Yoni Garcia and Jonatan (or Johathan) Herrera Rodriguez are accused of injuring Eddie Junior Enmanuel Ruiz Vargas and his wife Gabriela Toribio.
