Museums across the country are joining the Ministry of Culture in the celebration of the summer long night of museums. The event means museums and cultural centers will be open until late and holding special programs for visitors from 9am to 12 midnight.
The Ministry of Culture announces that the bells of the Cathedral of Santo Domingo will be rung as part of a special performance that evening, together with several other Colonial City churches. The bell ringing will take place from 10 to 10:30pm.
