The Council of the Americas, the blue chip company business networking and advocacy group, met for a private breakfast discussion with Dominican ambassador in the US, Flavio Dario Espinal at the ambassador’s residence yesterday. Ambassador Espinal discussed the FTA from the Dominican Republic’s point of view. Attending the event was former US Ambassador in the DR, Donna Hrinak of Steel, Hector & Davis, as well as Michael Conway of Citigroup, Chris Sabatini of the National Endowment for Democracy, Brendan Harrington of Kodak, Eric Farnsworth, vice president of the Council of the Americas in Washington, D. C. among others.
