While regular season and round robin tickets were sold online, the tickets for the finals of the Dominican Winter Baseball Championship will only be sold at the Quisqueya and Cibao stadium box offices.
Ticket sales begin in the morning of the day before the game, resulting in long lines as people cue to purchase entrances to the championship series. Many of the tickets are later resold by scalpers.
This year, the lines are even longer given that the two most popular teams – Aguilas Cibaeñas and Tigres del Licey – have made the finals.
