Pawa seeks to become Dominican exporters best friend. The airline is servicing the Miami-Santo Domingo route with a daily cargo flight with ample space for cargo and personalized service to customers, said Alexander Barrios, public affairs director for the airline. The cargo service is offered jointly with Las Americas cargo.
The capacity is 10,000 lbs. per flight, with the facilities to transport fruits, vegetables, flowers, perishable merchandise, personal goods, medical equipment, apparel, accessories manufactured in free zones and tobacco products, among others.
Pawa began servicing Dominican routes in August 2015.
