On Monday, 1 September 2014, Naval Intelligence agents arrested 11 Haitians who were trying to get to Puerto Rico illegally. Armada (Navy) chief, Vice Admiral Edmundo Nestor Felix Pimentel, represented by spokesman Navy Captain Juan Pablo Sandoval Garcia said that the eight men and three women were arrested in a boat (yola) in La Romana. …
