New director of the Civil Defense
President Danilo Medina names Brigade General Rafael Antonio Carrasco Paulino as new director of the Civil Defense. In the same decree 12-17, the President appointed longtime former director of the Civil Defense, Major General Rafael Emilio de Luna Pichirilo, as director of the Technical Executing Unit for Agroforestry Development Projects of the Presidency.
