The Presidency announced that President Luis Abinader will speak to the nation at 9pm to announce government advances in its first 90 days. The talk will be televised by a network of TV, radio and Internet platforms. President Abinader is the most communicative Dominican statesmen of all times. This would be his fourth wrap-up talk to the nation. Still, he has also been frequently making presentations on different initiatives from the Presidential Palace and during his trips to the interior.
