Yes, second the recommendation on J&R. Not only did I buy two new tires there earlier this year, they recently fixed my tire that had a nail in it for 75 pesos... He told me it was 75 pesos and I sounded surprised so he said 65 pesos.... But I explained that I thought it was too LOW so I gave him 100 pesos and gave the guy that did the work another 25 pesos. And they are very polite and considerate, too.
