I know people who got robbed and who got killed in JD, the new part. This was when I was living there 2007-2009. Don't know whether the area has become safer these days.

After not having visited DR1 for several days I went online again, trying to see the New Posts but Dolores's news clippings were just TOO much!! The site is not what it used to be and I'm not referring to eliminating the OT section.

But their economy is not messed up. ;)
