dog friendly resorts?

Hello Everybody!!!!!
Where in the southern coast of DR I can find a dog friendly resort????? In Month of March we travel to DR for vacation...we have to take our 1 year old boxer with us!!!! There is no other way!
PLEASE,please help us to find a place !!!!Very,very important!!!

Much easier to find a kennel at home or a friend or relative to care for the boxer.
The heat and humidity here will be unkind to the dog as will the ticks, fleas mange and neighbours......
