The N.Coast beaches will never equal the beaches of P.C. - Uvero Alto.
Plenty of AI's to choose from.
The 5* are good enough.

Those looking for real luxury or seclusion also have many choices world wide, as there are beautiful beaches.

And you forgot what I see becoming more significant every day. More condos being built for snowbirds and expats on the north coast.
Mareal just "bought the farm" on the corner of La Cienaga road so they will be expanding to that space while the other 60 condos are under
construction with foundations being dug. I hear the sound of machinery clearing land as well next to my property on the south side.

Many small and medium Villa/Condo projects on the north coast. That is a growing demographic.
