Are the crimes in north coast increasing ?

They think that oh well they are Gringo's they have money we don't, so it is Ok to rob them.

I got robbed in (centro) Santiago on Monday night. Lost cheap phone and 300 pesos.
Doesn?t change the way I feel about Dominicans or what I think about this country.

Later Monday evening I told my friends about what happened, described the little sob?s
tattoo on his hand... low and behold less than 48 hours later I beleive I have his name.
Once I am 100% sure I have the correct name he will be arrested for robbing a (not so)
rich gringo.

I realized at a very young age, sometimes sh*t people do sh*t things... such is life.

NC provinces (from west to east) are: monte cristi, puerto plata, espaillat, maria trinidad sanchez, samana.

The numbers are interesting however did anyone see the report from the coroner's office regarding homicides that are mislabeled as some other cause of death?
