I can imagine that the Italian might have been traveling to Marbella, Cali, Asuncion and Puerto Vallarta before and he thought things were the same here.

I do not believe that someone is just going to go to another country and not inquire about the age
of consent. So the person will just assume that it's like this everywhere? I don't buy it.
