You can now do that with Scotia? Last time (a bit more than a week ago) the limit was 10k in POP. I attempted to manually enter more and it did not let me... If it has changed, sounds good... Could be that it's different in the capital of course...
I dont know anything about pop but I always withdraw 20k from the scotiabank in acropolis mall. With that said i haven't been to my condo since April. Things could've changed due to covid.
Could be, I have only used Scotia ATMs since June so cannot say what was the case prior to that and only because Progreso does not exist anymore... So you might be right, something has changed...
Scotia in Cabarete is 10,000.00 at a time but you can withdraw more than once. Not sure what the actual limit is on the number of transactions per day. How things work depends on where you are trying to do those things. Santo Domingo is different than La Vega I am sure, which is probably different from Santiago.
I was told 6 withdrawals per day. I never tried. I now just withdraw $US from my dollar acct and change in a casa de cambio.
Yes, there is no limit (that I'm aware of) on the number of transactions, just that one single one is limited to 10k...
Most ATM would, but it's gonna depend what bank the card was issued from, they are the ones placing limits with the amounts. Reservas will not dispense more than 10K.
