Yeah this guy is pretty funny. I've watched most of his videos...but you're right if you're not Dominican you probably won't understand a lot of the jokes (i.e. The Jack Veneno's jokes). I particularly like the ones about Dominican thieves and If Jesus Christ was Dominican.
