Thanks for your interest Kyle. No they dont have facilities in the DR. Thats is why they look for someone local to cooperate with and I was the one who they contacted at first but now it is Raysa Suarez working with them. They are US/International broker firms specialized in commercial real estate. Raysa Suarez has this way developed as commercial real estate broker and is now known as a specialist. Call centers/outsourcing is one area of use. Also you have multinationals with an office here for the DR/Caribbean.

We changed the name of our brokerage to Inmobiliaria Sarasota https://inmobiliariasarasota.com . We blend commercial and residencial real estate. My business partner Raysa Suarez is the broker and including me she has now 3 agents. I help with the service we call "Commercial leasing specialists" where we have worked with international companies with their commercial space requirements in Santo Domingo.
