Bunion surgery?

Has anyone had a bunionectomy in the DR? If so, how much did it cost and would you recommend your surgeon? Thanks!

He is the only doctor I have visited who is in the office at 6am (and earlier).

I've met a couple of MLB players there at that time in the morning.
