I would stay at the Gran Vetana again

Gran Ventana is probably about the only hotel I would return to!! Playa Dorada area is not what it used to be.too many trying to make their money off of Condo's..most AI'S are closing!! Unfortunate for what was once si=uch a busy are..hoping :like many are that the Carnival Maimon port will see it have a bit of a revival!

For me, on the North Coast its the Millennium Resort & Spa or nada. Downside is, you might forget you are in the DR
