Often times I get a my magicjack stuck to "signing in" error. The trick to fix it is, restart your modem (DSL) and the magicjack will sign in. I have seen this happen in my office in santo domingo (el million). My service is codetel. I guess codatel is blocking off some ports for voip but not all. so when i restart my dsl modem, my magicjack connects through different port which is open.I am not sure how this works 100% but it seems to solve my problem when I get stuck in "sighing in" error.
