Yeah, I know... seems to be in India, but why CS in DR came to my mind right away?

I always get the feeling when being attended on the phone by someone from bank or phone company an they put me on hold to get my information, which takes them sometimes 5 minutes that they first want to finish a personal phone conversation, bb chat conversation or maybe a game of solitaire.

Actually Dominicans working for a foreign company CS are pretty good. It is when you have Dominicans working for a Dominican company that all care and service goes to hell.

They should get paid according to the amount of people they actually help, instead of per hour. In the end of the conversation there should be a survey how helpful where they towards solving your problem if unsatisfactory then they get point's deducted which may hurt them if they are aiming for a bonus of some sort.
