Customs for Rented Equipment

Hi.
I need help to get 2 containers from Europe into DR.
Where can I find a good and reliable freight forwarder?
I also need to know where I can have the information about custom fees for the goods.
The containers contains used construction machines, some defect for repair, and tools for my company.
I have a company in Europe that own the machines and rent them out on long-term contracts, minimum 3 year, to my Dominican company.
Is it someone who has rented equipment in an other contry for use in DR?
