santiago has few nice buildings.
how old are you, if i may ask? you plan to settle down in this house for good?

Jardines de Punta Cana - one of several projects in the east featuring this type of modern architecture. The capital also has some new apartment buildings in this style. Aesthetically pleasing but not so practical for a tropical climate.
