As usual JDJones has a piece of good advice.
Regarding the "close to beaches" comment I made....Sosúa and POP are about the same time from here as Boca Chica is from Santo Domingo, with less traffic and no tolls.
Maybe one of the inhabitants of Santo Domingo can tell me where there is a beautiful beach closer to Santo Domingo?
Regarding Don Juan's Spanish: Hey, no problema.....I see that every year in my history classes....and in Spanish language chat rooms.
