once the project is approved by both chambers it is sent to the president for promulgation and observations. if he has no comments the law is proclaimed within 10 days or so.
if he has comments regarding changes the law goes back to chambers to discuss the changes and the cycle repeats itself until the conclusion is reached and the law is officially passed.
