How would I go about fixing crown molding made out of cement I think, a small piece about 10 inches long by 2 inches wide fell off.

Fixing crown molding.
They are made out of plaster of paris or similar material. It is a special skill but you should be able to find contractors in your area that do it. The cement surface has to be roughed up by pock-marking it. The plaster is then mixed with water to a consistancy that is soft enough to apply but firm enough to not run.
