1. not in POP itself, i would say. there are several places outside the city where cheese and other milk products are made, both in the direction of imbert and towards rio san juan.
2. plenty of bakeries in the city with dominican "breads". for european stuff you would have to go to sosua (german bakery) or cabarete (belgian bakery).
3. i have not seen local peanut butter here. but maybe you can get peanuts and DIY: all you need is food processor, nuts and a pinch of salt.
