These people are not "losers" they are criminals. Losers gets loosely tossed around. Maybe they have big 401ks and are doing well in trumps stock market. Sex criminals belong in jail with others of their ilk. The quicker the better.
you may get that impression from the media and your own bias but it goes on all over this country and has more to do with machismo and the idea of men being in control than geography. This particular person is a criminal just as any common strong arm street thug taking advantage of the weak and defenseless.

that f```g pervert did this for many years. I remember when he went to playa chiquita with 2 Haitian girls- maybe 12 or 13 years old.
