I am looking to purchase a home in SD and was having a horrible time trying to find a mortgage broker. This cant be as hard to do as its going for me. If there is anyone here on dr1 that is a broker or has the ability to refi a bunch of rentals I have then please talk to me via email or send pm. I NEED HELP ASAP.

Are you a Dominican citizen? Are you a Permanent Resident? I think that might be an issue if you are looking for credit.

If you have pockets full of cash, well then, that is another matter entirely.
