can someone explain what he, has ,ha, etc...mean and what verb they come from? are they past? and maybe an example sentence. thanks

I see it used mostly as a helping verb. "Tener" is most often used for "to have."
That said,
Yo la he visto tres veces.
I have seen her three times.
Tu has aprendido mucho.
You have learned a lot.
Mi amigo ha comprado un carro rojo.
My friend has bought a red car.

These are auxiliaries to form the past participle in spanish depending on the used pronounce.

It is the present tense conjugation of the verb haber. Used with the past participle of a verb it forms the present perfect tense.
