He needs a brain in his 'big' head
This is definitely a plot for a 'soap' ... I don't think anyone can be so passive. Maybe he should stop paying, then buy the dog and sic it on her a$$ :ninja:strasser3133 said:

VERY QUICK:
-White guy meets a Dominicana at a restaurant about 3 years ago, goes crazy about her big behind and smart (too smart personality, but doesn't know it yet
-Dominicana is married to a black guy, who brought her over from the DR 12 years ago, had a boy right away by him.
-Dominicana starts sleeping aroung with another boy from Germany, she dissapear , because of a pregnacy by this secong child and comes back 8 months pregnant and demands that black boy takes care of her becauase they are married (his was hooked of course) and accepted her to have a girl (now 7 y/o I think) by this other man who lives in another state. Helps her file for child support and it was granted.
-She even showed up in a Chritina Show saying that she was a Dominican hooker and that her husband agreed to it. Black guy hardly spoke spanish and went in the show pushed by her and agreed to everything her a Chritina said. (Tape available!!)
-When Dominicana meets white boy, he noticed it right away, because she wasn't even coming home some nights and friends were babysitting for her, because she had everybody believe that black boy was bitting her up and abusing her (talking about abuse!!)
-White boy make about 7,000-9,000 a month a buys Dominicana a brand New Mustang, video camares, takes her around almost the entire US and buys her everything she possibly needs (Dominicana is still marry to black boy!!) she started to make up stories about abuse to white boy and in less than two months she moved in with him. Nice apartment! and there goes the failing for divorce and child support!!
-5-6 months into relationship, she takes him to DR and tells him to marry her sister who is her identical sister and a borracha, but she wants to save her and bring her over to the states to help her with drinking problems and because she has nobody here to keep her company (pooorrrr thing!!)
-white boy marries sister, buys a land in the DR and starts construction!!
-They come back to states and she is already pregnat with child #3, and right away comes child #4; (both of them dark, he is very pale!!) white boy buys a house for his lovely family $800.000.00 and sure enough realizes about the whole ordeal he has gotten himself into!! Now it seems to be too late as she has been living with him for while and has an attorney working day and night to get whatever she can out all this well plan deal.
Now Dominicana wants half of the house proceeds, house in the DR is in her sister's name, living and collecting rent from the second floor!!
I know many of you hate this word, but please forgive me for saying it:

I had both parties over to my house on Sunday in an attempt at reconciling their differences. Asked both to write on a 3 by 5 card what they wanted from the other. She wanted to be treated as a equal partner in the decision making processes, a monthly allowance so that she can be financially independent to support her three children and in event of a separation mitad of everything. He wanted permission to return to his own house without fear of being attacked, her children and grandchildren out of the house and the return of all his stuff she stole and perhaps sold.
After a period of silence, caf?, terse remarks void of compromises, and cerveca. I shared with them that we need divine intervention and that I donot have la capacidad to put this ?humpty-dumpty? together again. Before they left he asked her to have dinner with him, she refused by saying ?llamame?.
His hotel bill of un mil pesos a night, fees for the three abogados, buying clothes, glasses and medication prompted him to seek from the local magistrado a ?power of protection?. Armed with the x-ray of his broken nose, the medical report of abuse from his primary doctor and a second medical opinion, he, escorted by his abogado went to court and obtained a document which says that she cannot come within one hundred meters of his person or she would be placed in jail.
He slept with her that very night and as per usual paid.

Insanity Defense ? ? Viable
In the USA, the American neighbor - Husband - Boy friend would have 2 decent options:
* incompetent to stand trial; this would require a written report & perhaps testimony from a DR psychaitrist; essentially, the American was not comptent when he married the sister, & serviced his sister-in-law, & is not competent to participate in any judicial proceeding. This appears to be a slam dunk. The DR psychiatrist's witness fees should be reasonable & affordable.
* the American is not civilly responsible for his actions because of insanity; at the time of marriage & consumation of the marriage with his sister in law; he is able to participate in the 2006 legal proceedings, but is ajudged "not responsible". Same psychiatrist, essentially similar testimony, but . . . more $.
* I saw this on "The Peoples' Court" 2 - 3 times & read @ it in the "National Inquirer". It worked every time! Good luck.

She is now angry with him because of the papers she received from the court and the threat that her children must vacate ?his house?. He received the usual call for money because the phone has been disconnected, there is no food in the house and she needs to see the doctor. He is afraid of her anger so he took her to lunch which lasted until dinner and whatever. He promised her that if she gets rid of her kids he would ?open the bank?. She said that his wife (her sister) will sign the divorce papers if he would sell the house and give her enough money so that she can house her kids. She needs to pay off the twenty percent abogado who would settle for 150,000 pesos.
