HAve the same problem, removing virtual server. I suspect a browser compatibilty issues.

Claro Cisco ddr2201 modem is complete crap they never completed their firmware and I stand by Claro bought out broken discontinued modems for next to nothing so they can screw and over charge its customers for max profit. Unless you have complex setting I would not waste more of your time and just go for hard reset. It will save you from agony but if you must try different browsers Chrome Firefox Opera IE and other devices like your phones or tablet. Some setting will be changed in one browser and some will have no effect.
