That's a pile of maintenance when one doesn't live there full-time. Looks like the exterior paint on the railings, etc. is failing. You'd need a full-time family to live on the property to maintain it.

What I actually wanted to answer is they are Dominicans and in DR.

Yes the price is a little bit (cough) higher than the usual. Don't shoot the messenger...

But as far as I know it is one of the biggest properties there. I do not know the area though.

I imagine one could make a boutique style hotel out of it or such.
