Sorry I could not change the other post so I had to list a new one.

Would like to spend a max of $1,000 but would spend more for the right property.
Looking for unfurnished

Hi Lucifer,
Thank you for looking... I have seen all these before.. here are my comments.

950/850 has been on market for 2 years
27,000 for one year
35,000 5 months

900 is new but is says the size is only 90 M2. That means that the house is 810 square feet... correct... that is very small

Hate to be blunt but you have posted this same ad many times. If you were truly serious about finding something I would say it’s time you got off your ass and hit the streets. People in DR do not list on Zillow you need to get out and talk to local people if you ever intend to find anything.

This is exactly how we found our 3 bdr home in Boca Chica and the 2 bedroom home prior to that. Walk the streets in an area you think you might like. Oh and edited to add, the 3 bdr home in SPdM.

This is so true. The OP continues to post threads like this but does not understand that the best way to find a place is to actually be on the "ground in DR". What you see in ads may not be what it is like in person.

The most common way to find a place to rent in La Romana is to get a young lad to walk around the various areas that interest you and he see all the places that have a sign outside saying the place is for sale or to rent.

True. And you can bet that any price on the Internet is a "Gringo Price". Much better in person shopping. Even better to send a Dominican to scout as suggested here...........And when you find something you like you can bargain a bit also..........

Everyone has told you the same thing. You need to be here to find a long term rental. Rent a short term place like air bnb and look around. You need to be here anyhow to rent the place. Best to hav a lawyer to make sure the owner is really the owner and can rent the place. You have to sign, pay the deposits, have a fiador ( responsible Dominican to sign), you have to go to electric company with your deposit and to sign. It's just not something you can do without being here. Are you hopeing for someone to do all the looking and leg work for you? It most likely will not happen. Again, you need to be here to rent a long term house-apartment.

I'd reply BUT I'm tired of going on a fools errand after the same ole same ole post/ advise, rinse and repeat until the garment wore so thin one can see thru it. And I CAN SEE THRU THIS. No thank you MR. Ken. Please don't embarrass yourself by saying "Oh, I thought this board was here to help others". That shitee won't fly.
