The lines and traffic yesterday was both stupid and expected. Sort of like salmon swimming upstream...it happens every year.

La Nacional in Fruisa, Bavaro has them. No one there, takes a few minutes with a copy of your Matricula.

Thanks for posting this. I went there on Thursday. No line (as usual at that branch). Took about five minutes.

Yep went to la National in Sosua (across the street from Playero) on Tuesday. NO line and got both cars done in 5 minutes.
