Me too. If I just just hold the bottle of vermouth above the glass and say "vermoooooouth".... I feel that is sufficient.

had originally asked about a good martini bar,and did visit the Praia bar....good martini but I am trying to find a good bartender that will make or can already make different martinis.....as there are hundreds of very good martinis with a variety of ingredients....I have a book with over 200 different recipes....I need a bartender that will make one if I give the ingredients....I particularly like the scarface or the godfather....scarface uses vodka,chilled expresso,remy martin and kalua.....and there are many others that are just great...
maybe someone has a bar or restaurant bar with this type of bartender willing to give it a try...
