Just a little east of Sosua the road intersects with the main highway on the right side as you head toward Cabarete. There is an "International Design Furniture store" right at the East side of the intersection. If you pass the gas station/mini market you went too far.

What a Road....

Mr Silver Fox and I drove up to the Monkey Jungle today. :squareeye

OMG but what a road...in some places, nothing but a trail. I don't think I would want to drive that road after a heavy rain.

It took us about 35 min to get there from the highway as you need to drive quite slowly if you want to preserve your tires and suspension.

The result when we got there was absolutely worth it. A very beautiful setting. Hosts are very welcoming. We didn't do the tour or zip line as we are going next week when the little Foxes visit next week. Lots of gift type things. It was actually quite busy when we were there. We arrived around 2 pm.
