THIS is the reason that Costambar is the ONLY PLACE on the north coast that I feel safe walking the streets at night.

Just this week I heard that a tourist in Cofresi was offered drugs & young girls in broad daylight!

It seems the scum are moving from The Sewer to pastures greener ...

Were any prices mentioned? I'm working on my travel budget...........PH
