Check with American Airlines flights out of Miami to Puerto Plata. Book both the flight and hotel yourself.

cabarete has so many eating options that all inclusives are not neccesary here, unless you like them that is
Paradisio is located about 4km outside of Cabarete. If they want the all inclusive thing, maybe tropical clubs would be better with two locations (beach and street side) within the heart of town.
