No they ARE NOT it all just for SHOW I know first hand were they FOOL a lot of people is by SHOUTING, and their BARK is much louder then their BITE. Dominican BEAT their women because they are MAD at the world.

BTW Even our prisoners have more of a BACKBONE. KIll a woman here in the USA and see how the prisoners treat you when you head "UPSTATE"

b in santiago, NO police in the world can prevent a psycho jerk from hurting you....that is the more reason to stay away from this jerks, I know... is easier said than done. Btw. policia nacional is not absolutely worthless, they see this women, time and again go back to their abusers..until they get killed.
That's a story in itself................
