My wife believes that Tricom has the best service in the SD area and is planing to switch from Claro when portability is effective. What co. do others feel is best in SD?

With out a doubt Claro has the best coverage, tricom cheaper. orange cheaper, don't know about Viva. None of the rest of them can match Claro's coverage. SD or rest of the country.
