We had 62 entries into tournament (7 more than in our last RD$1M tournament)

1st place Ali Aydin (resides in Santo Domingo - originally from Turkey)

2nd place Oren Wolf (England)

3rd place Max Junker (resides in Costambar - originally from Germany)

1st place paid RD$ 380,000
2nd place RD$ 190,000
3rd place RD$ 95,000

It looks like $665,000RD was paid to the top 3 players? How was the remainder of the $1,000,000RD minimum purse distributed?

BTW, for next year is it possible to get earlier notification of the Tourney?

The remaining money was distributed between 4th and 10th place.

I don't know how much more time you need, we announced the August 11th tournament back in June. If you PM me your email address, I will put you on the poker tournament e-mailing list. Our next tournament will probably be December 16th, the 1 year anniversary of the opening of Ocean World Marina and Casino, however, this date is not set in stone. I will keep you posted here.
