Pichardo, eres un caballo, un leon, que tiguere!! te la ganaste. Gracias for sharing a piece of Dominican history with us.

A lot of these pictures bring back memories of the Sto Dgo I grew up in, circa 1965. I remember like now 'la revolucion'. I am sorry my father is not here today, he passed away a year ago, to see these pictures and talk history/politics like old times. Maybe I send this link to myself so that I share it with my uncle the next time I to DR. I will definetely share them with my mom the next time she comes to NYC.

I have a folder on my Facebook page of old photos of Santo Domingo, Bonao, La Vega, the South Coast, Sosua, and some other places in the DR from the early 60's. Is there a way that i can put a direct link to just these photos here?


Some of these photos are unbelievable becuase of their age.

Your facebook account must be made fully open and public for non-facebook people to look at them!

Not a great idea... Better post them in a place like flicker or photobucket and then post the link to the set!
