No meat, for that you would need a lot of adult birds, we are just having chicks and ostrich egg lamps.

Why pet mean looking animals when there is an ample supply of kittycats, bunnyrabbits and puppies?
I am sure there are ostriches who let their breeders pet them. They do not look as though they would enjoy it.
