OVERSTAY FEES DOES IT APPLY TO BABIES TOO?????

I am wondering if we overstay the regular time to stay in the DR , DOES THE FINE fees also apply to your baby too???

The baby has to have a passport. And it will have a stamp with date written in when admitted to the DR. That date will be the last legal date of the baby's stay in the DR. Pay the fee for any extra days.

It applied to my niece and nephew who were 2yrs and 4yrs at the time. This was a year or so ago.
