Just wondering if anyone had any information on Paradise Island & The Mangroves (Cayo Arena), Punta Rucia . Have they started doing tours back out to there? Just curious to know what's going on and possibilites in these times? And if your going to offer a tour that is operating , reputable tour please. Insured , etc, I understand saving on money with local arrangements , but nah....
