payment of profits to employees

Aaah... that explains it. I thought the accountants were doing some sort of special and complicated magic to make those hotels seem like money pits that somehow lose money every year but never enough to close the business.

A lot of the charging is done abroad. They register enough here to not raise any suspicions but keep a good amount off the books.

So if i hire the same security guard or cleaner (casual-status) and use them 2 days here and 1 day there etc.
Would they expect profit sharing to occur? Not to draw to fine a point....
but i can imagine them knocking on my door "wheres my share of the profits"...and i can also imagine my response 'WTF'!!!!
